Korean Foundation — TOPIK I Level

This course is built for absolute beginners in Korean, starting with Hangeul — Korea's phonetic alphabet — taught for confident reading within the first sessions, since Hangeul is genuinely one of the more learnable writing systems once its logic clicks. Over ten weeks the course moves through the everyday polite speech level (-아요/어요), the core particles (은/는, 이/가, 을/를) that structure a Korean sentence, and everyday vocabulary including Korea's two parallel number systems and daily-routine vocabulary — a recurring TOPIK I topic. A dedicated module familiarizes learners with the real TOPIK I format: its listening and reading structure, question types, and a short graded practice set. This course is general-purpose foundation Korean, useful on its own and also a strong base before EPS-TOPIK exam-specific preparation for candidates pursuing Korea's Employment Permit System pathway.
