Make hiring decisions with evidence
Give your team a shared view of candidate evidence, defined permissions and human-reviewed interview results. Check what is available and configured before planning a wider rollout.
Employer roles define access to jobs, candidate evidence and interview review. Authorized users publish jobs directly; this is not a separate publishing-approval chain. Team role changes and interview-review decisions are recorded.
Work within one workspace per employer account, not separate division budgets. Authorized team members move applications between stages manually and send individual assessment invitations. This page gives no review-capacity or turnaround guarantee.
Direct ATS vendor connectors remain roadmap work. The employer API and signed notifications for human-confirmed interview results are implemented; event notifications require an enabled endpoint and a running delivery queue.
Review the actual exam-session, centre and interview-mode availability before planning a rollout. Public website language support does not guarantee that every assessment or supervised session is offered in that language or location.
Hiring evidence
Review the evidence in context
Assess relevant skills and read the human-confirmed interview results alongside your own criteria. Audit-log exports are restricted to authorized platform administrators, not an employer download feature. The example is not an exported or signed decision record.
