Assessment science
A score is a claim. Claims need evidence.
Every ELAREH assessment states what it measures, how it weighs each part, and how confident the result is. If we can't explain a number, we don't publish it.

We do not build or buy emotion recognition, and match scores use verified requirements only — the weights are visible to both sides on every match.
Privacy
Your Passport, your visibility
- Candidates choose per-section visibility: private, employers-on-application, or public link.
- Exam monitoring scope and retention are disclosed before consent. Real integrity signals for high-stakes exam attempts include tab-switch, fullscreen-exit, network and copy/paste events. Local camera-stream presence (interrupted/restored) is monitored and logged for human review — never uploaded or recorded, never ambient. Always disclosed and consented first.
- Employers see applications, not browsing: no tracking of which jobs you viewed.
Data rights
Export, correct, erase
- Full account export from settings — credentials, results, invoices, in portable formats.
- Correction requests handled with a human in the loop and an audit trail.
- Deletion honoured end-to-end; verification pages of revoked-by-owner credentials say so plainly.

Product honesty
What we don't claim
You will not find invented customer logos, made-up user counts or certifications we haven't earned anywhere on this site. Until real proof exists, we show the product itself — and label prototypes as prototypes.
- SOC 2 — readiness programme in progress; certification will be stated only when audited.
- IELTS — delivery opens only once official provider authorization, a verified centre, a published schedule, active registration and published pricing are all genuinely in place, never from centre verification alone.
- Customer stories — will appear when real customers agree to tell them.
- The product — browsable today; that's the proof we lead with.
