ELAREH makes no decision about a person that they cannot inspect. This page explains the commitments behind that promise: measurement, AI oversight, privacy and your rights.

- The assessment page publishes its rubric: correctness 45, query design 30, performance 25.
- A confidence band appears beside every score; it is never hidden.
- The candidate can see question-level evidence; an employer can see it only with the candidate’s consent.
- Integrity status is shown as reviewable evidence, never as a silent penalty.
Assessment science
A score is a claim. Claims need evidence.
Each assessment states what it measures, how each part is weighted and how certain the result is. If we cannot explain a number, we do not publish it.
AI oversight
Where AI may help — and where it stops
Drafting assessment blueprints from job descriptions; scoring against rubrics written by people; drafting interview follow-up questions; and surfacing integrity signals. Automated interview transcription is planned, not live.
Borderline scores; every integrity flag; interview evaluations before ranking; credential revocations; and appeals.
Hiring decisions; rejecting a candidate based on an unreviewed flag; or inferring anything from a person’s face, voice, accent, name or location.
We do not build or buy emotion-recognition technology. Match scores use verified requirements only, and both sides can see the weights for every match.
Privacy
Your Passport, your choice of visibility
- Candidates choose visibility separately for each section: private, visible to employers when applying, or available through a public link.
- Before consent, we disclose the scope and retention period of exam monitoring. For high-stakes attempts, integrity signals include tab changes, leaving full-screen mode, network events, and copy-and-paste activity.
- Employers see applications, not browsing activity; they are not told which jobs a candidate viewed.
- Local camera-stream presence (interrupted/restored) is monitored and logged for human review — never uploaded or recorded, never ambient.
Data rights
Export, correct, delete
- Export your account data from settings, including credentials, results and invoices, in portable formats.
- Correction requests are handled with a person involved and an audit trail.
- Deletion is applied across the system. Verification pages clearly distinguish credentials withdrawn by the holder when closing their account from credentials revoked by ELAREH.
Product honesty
What we do not claim
This site does not use invented customer logos, made-up user counts or certifications we have not earned. Until evidence exists, we show the product itself and label prototypes clearly.
- SOC 2 — The readiness programme is in progress; we will claim certification only after an audit.
- IELTS — Delivery opens only when official provider authorization, a verified centre, a published schedule, active registration and published pricing are all in place—not on centre verification alone.
- Customer stories — We will publish them when real customers agree to share them.
- The product — It is available to explore today; that is the proof we lead with.
