How scoring works

The candidate completes an assessment
Tasks vary by format. Responses become work samples, and suitable work may be reviewed by a person.

Results include context where available
A report may include a score, band, assessment criteria and links to work. Formats differ, and not every response is scored automatically.

Eligible passing results can add a Passport skill
With an associated candidate profile, an eligible passing assessment result creates or updates a Passport skill entry. The holder controls public sharing: an expired or revoked sharing link no longer provides access.

The ELAREH difference
Keep useful evidence in view
A candidate’s assessment work does not have to stay in an employer’s inbox. When a passing result is eligible and linked to a candidate profile, it can create or update a skill entry in that candidate’s Passport. The holder chooses whether to share it; public access depends on an active link and may end if it expires or is revoked.
