   Publish the job to the marketplace, invite applicants directly, or search Passports for candidates with verified evidence.

   Review the evidence

   Review ranked results, confidence ranges, individual questions, interview transcripts, and integrity reports. Each result is designed to be explainable.

   Make the hiring decision

   Compare shortlisted candidates and decide whom to hire, with the reasons recorded.

The candidate journey

   Create your Passport

   Verify your identity, then add your experience and education. Your Passport belongs to you, and you control what each employer can see.

   Verify a skill

   Take an assessment in an exam room designed to let you pause and resume. If you pass, the result can be added to your Passport as a credential.

   Understand your matches

   Open a match percentage to see the requirements, what you have verified, what is missing, and an estimate of how long it may take to close the gap.

   Apply with evidence

   Your existing credentials can be reused in applications. You only need to complete the additional steps requested for the new role.

   Build your record

   As you earn more credentials, your evidence builds over time and can support future applications.
