PTE Core Preparation
PTE Core is a shorter, CLB-aligned version of PTE built specifically for Canadian immigration pathways, and it differs meaningfully from PTE Academic in both length and focus — preparation built for the Academic version is not a perfect fit. This five-week course covers the same core PTE item types — Read Aloud, Repeat Sentence, Describe Image, Summarize Written Text, fill-in-the-blanks and Summarize Spoken Text — but framed specifically around what PTE Core actually tests and how it maps to Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) levels. A dedicated module explains exactly how PTE Core differs from PTE Academic and why that distinction matters for immigration pathways that reference CLB scores. The course closes with a full-length timed mock under real test conditions, followed by a section-by-section review against the real scoring criteria.
