Set the rubric
Employers define and version the competency rubric, including its criteria and weights. The scheduled interview keeps a snapshot of that rubric.

Schedule the interview
Choose an eligible applicant and schedule the currently supported written interview. The system adds the five fixed question-bank prompts.

Review the answers
An authorized reviewer examines the submitted answers and rubric. Any configured AI assistance provides suggestions for review, not an automatic decision.

Confirm or escalate
An authorized reviewer must enter a final score for every criterion. If a review is escalated, a different reviewer must complete it. A confirmed result is released to the candidate.

Timing

A target, not a countdown

The interview template stores a target duration; the candidate experience does not display a per-question clock. The target is not presented here as an enforced deadline.

What the workflow does and does not do

Human review is part of the flow

Score confirmation does not rank candidates or decide whom an employer hires. A confirmed interview event is delivered only to an enabled webhook subscribed to that event. Features not shown in the current workflow should not be inferred from other interview modes or illustrative examples.
